Who We Are

I’m Andy Manley, a multidisciplinary designer and the founder of AM-360-Creative. For over thirty years I’ve specialised in transforming ideas, locations, and concepts into clear, immersive visual experiences. My work blends 3D design, photogrammetry, CAD, interior concept development, and interactive 360° virtual tours—helping clients understand their spaces & communicate their ideas long before anything is built.

I create accurate digital twins using drone footage and LiDAR scanning, develop detailed SketchUp models and 2D drawings, produce high-quality renders and animations, and build VR-ready walkthroughs for platforms like Meta Quest 3. Whether it’s a sports facility, a hospitality venue, a retail space, or a full site plan, I deliver visuals that support decision-making, investment and bring a project’s story to life.

My approach is hands-on, transparent, and client-focused. I work closely with every client to understand their goals, solve problems creatively, and produce reliable outputs that make complex ideas easy to understand. Excellent communication and customer service are at the heart of everything I do.

AM-360-Creative is built on curiosity and continual improvement. I constantly refine my workflow across SketchUp, Enscape, VR/AR, photogrammetry tools, and AI-assisted creative methods to offer innovative, cost-effective results.

I’ve collaborated with forward-thinking brands including Social Sports Society, WeDoPlay, Flip Out, Boom Battle Bar, and others—supporting new venue rollouts, spatial planning, concept development, investment acquisition and marketing content creation. I have also worked extensively with NGO’s, International Government Agencies and Private individuals to help them visualize & realize their projects.

When required I commission and consult with contractors and professionals to provide an holistic service.
