Site Surveying + Digital Capture
Accurate Reality Capture for Design, Planning & Visualization
We capture existing buildings, spaces and sites using modern digital surveying and reality-capture techniques, creating reliable visual and spatial information for design, planning and visualisation.
From photographic capture and 360° documentation to LiDAR, photogrammetry and 3D modelling, our workflow transforms real-world conditions into practical digital assets.
Photogrammetry: Turning Photographs into 3D Data
Photogrammetry uses multiple overlapping photographs to reconstruct real-world environments and objects in three dimensions.
By capturing a subject from multiple positions and angles, specialist software can identify common points between images and calculate their spatial relationship.
The resulting data can be used to create detailed point clouds, 3D meshes and textured digital models.

Our Workflow
1. Site Capture & Measurement
Data capture using LiDAR, photogrammetry and on-site measurement tools, tailored to the scale and accuracy requirements of the project.
2. Data Processing & Alignment
Captured data is cleaned, aligned and validated to ensure spatial accuracy and consistency.
3. Digital Twin Creation
A detailed 3D digital twin is produced, reflecting existing conditions, levels, structures and key features.
4. Integration & Use
The digital twin is prepared for use across space planning, design development, visualization and consultant coordination.
Deliverables
1. Accurate 3D digital twin model
2. Point cloud and/or mesh-based survey data
3. SketchUp-compatible models (.SKP)
4. Site context models including terrain and structures
5. Measured references and level data
6. Export-ready files for designers, planners and contractors
